Spam Filter Update June 2018:
We recently updated our spam filter. If you notice any issues with your email or the Daily Digest, please call the ITC helpdesk at 1.888.217.5718. Thank you!
Spam Filter Update May 2018:
We enabled some stricter rule sets on the Spam Filter to reduce the increase of spam that has been noticed.
In some isolated instances, we may have a few customer issues that will need to be customized.
Please contact the ITC helpdesk at 1-888-217-5718 if you notice any email delivery problems.
Speedtest Server March 2018:
We have added a link in the upper right hand corner of our Webmail Page
to our new ITC speedtest page speed.itctel.com.

WebMail Update, February 2017:
recently updated the WebMail interface. This includes software updates
designed to ensure a continued positive user experience. We have also
implemented an additional login security feature; where, after 5
unsuccessful login attempts, the user will be forced to wait 5 minutes
until they are allowed to login again. This is a feature meant to help
secure user accounts from being attacked by malicious botnets, which
continually send different password combinations for the purpose of
compromising user data.
Important Maintenance Scheduled:
On 9-15-16, from approximately 1:00-1:30AM, ITC performed a series of important server updates that
resulted in a brief outage of the WebMail services. WebMail was not available for use during this time.

your E-mail password regularly by visiting ITC's online Password Update Page.
On 8-31-16, ITC performed a series of system updates in order to improve the efficiency of email delivery.

ITC transitioned to a new WebMail interface at 8:00AM on April 12th, 2016.
If this is your first time using this new platform, please note that it
may take up to 10 minutes for all of your previously existing calendar
items, tasks, and notes to synchronize and populate within the new
interface. Upon login, please verify that all of your previous Email
messages, Contacts, and Filters are present. If you are having trouble
viewing your messages or accessing some of the menu options, please
select the "Basic" Mode option before logging into your account.
