Thank You to those who have helped with the fall church cleaning. There are still a few things to be done. If you have time to clean one of the refrigerators or stoves it would be nice!

LOOKING AHEAD: We are having a hard time keeping our ALCW going. With a big share of the women working, we decided to try a Saturday morning meeting in December.  We will have a business meeting and our

Christmas program. Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 8.  Brunch will be at 9:30 a.m., followed by a program.  We need volunteers to serve and help with the program.  We will also have a couple of evening meetings throughout the year.

A Lutheran Marriage Encounter weekend will be held at Blue Cloud Abbey in Marvin, SD. This will be Lutheran Marriage Encounter weekend held in a Catholic Retreat Center. Rooms are like motel rooms. It is a beautiful "out of this world" place! The date is November 9-11, 2001. Only 17 rooms are available so sign up early! It is located a little more than 30 miles north of Watertown in NE South Dakota. For more information or to register call Dennis and Kathy Reyelts at (605)938-4045.
