Council Meeting Minutes, continued from page 1 Anyone with changes should see Pastor John, Roy W. or Lynn V. The Pastor also thanked everyone involved with the Sunday School program and stated it went very well. John T. informed the Council we would need some volunteers to lead a team to started our "Church Directory" for ALC. Kay Z. volunterred to head this project but will need help with pictures of all members and for the pictures to be taken. Anyone interested should contact Kay Z. Craig reported for the Property Committee. He asked if the Parsonage windows which remain to be replaced should be done this year. It was agreed to have this discussed at the Annual Meeting. Sherwin informed the Council he would be checking with Loren Mack concerning the Baptism Chest boxes. ALC had ordered 12 to be made and to give each family a chest for his or her baptism. Lynn V. reported for the Worship Committee. He informed the Council that ALC's membership list should be updated. Pastor John, Ernie and Lynn will update it along with the Church Directory. Ernie reported for the Youth Committee. He is working towards 6-12 grades to attend a SDSU basketball game. No date set yet, looking at the month of February. Gareth gave the Treasurer's report and also had a handout for the Proposed Budget for 2002 which was reviewed by the Church Council. Sherwin made the motion to bring the Proposed Budget to the Annual Meeting and have the congregation review it. Roy seconded. Motion carried. Also topics to be discussed at the Annual Meeting: parsonage windows, Church Directory, Proposed Budget, and our contributions. John T. announced the Council will have a special meeting after ALC's Annual Meeting. Craig made the motion to adjourn, Kay Z. seconded. Motion carried. Our meeting closed with the Lord's Prayer.
