The Jack 15 Road Race is a 15.202 mile race
beginning at White, SD and ending at the SDSU Campanile in Brookings,
SD. 2006 marks the 44th year of the Jack 15, making it the oldest
road race in South Dakota and the Midwest!
For 2006, the Jack 15 offers the following individual and team
competitions:
* Individual competitors may run the entire 15.202 miles.
* Individual competitiors may racewalk the entire 15.202 miles.
* 5 member relay team running 3 miles each
* 3 member relay team running 5 miles each.
* 2 member relay team running 7.5 miles each.
Teams may consist of all men, all women, or be co-ed.
The course is on paved roads with small rolling hills and is marked at one-mile intervals. There are four aid stations along the route. Splits will be at the 1,3,6,9, and 12-mile intervals.

on Friday, September 22, 2006 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.
or at starting line in White at the Eidsness Funeral Home
(NOT at Tompkins Alumni Center as in past years)
on Saturday, September 23, 2005 6:30 A.M.-7:45 A.M.
- For safety reasons, there will be no early starts.
- Transportation from the Campanile (finish line) to the start of the race in White, SD will be provided from 6:15 - 7:45 A.M.

Awards
Individual Competition - Awards are given to the top male and top female finishers
in the Open (19+) and Masters (40+) divisions
Team Competition - Awards are given to the top men's, women's and co-ed teams
in each relay division.
Racewalkers will not be judged.
